As a treasurer you are responsible fort he financial aspect of the foundation. You make sure that the accounting is in order. Furthermore, the treasurer is in charge of drawing up the budgets, the annual finance reports and the cash flows, such as collecting donations and the payement of the funded projects. The treasurer is the authorized representative at the ING-bank. In coordination with the secretary, the treasurer provides the donation policy and the communication with the donators.

Responsibilities:
- Management of financial resources;
- Administration of donator information;
- Draw up budgets and annual reports;
- Authorized representative at the ING.

Nuclear roles:
- Bookkeeping;
- Maintain contact with creditors;
- Provision of financial updates to the Board;
- Maintaining the financial statement;
- Responsible for the financial annual report;
- Financial settlement of projects;
- Information and receivables management of donators.

Specific job profile:
- Structured and accurate;
- Good writing skills;
- High command of the English language;
- Administrative knowledge.

As event coordinator you will be in charge of organizing different events ranging from a pub quiz to a boot camp. In this position there is a lot of room to come up with your own activities. We are looking for someone with organizational skills but who is mostly interested in organizing events. We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic, enterprising, and decisive. You are responsible for the success of the events. On behalf of the board you interact with the different parties which are involved in the organization of our events.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coming up with and organizing events;
- Acting as an intermediary between Students for Children and the different parties with which we cooperate to organize our events;
- Ensure that the events proceed smoothly;
- Come up with promotional plans and develop these with the marketing coordinator.

Nuclear roles:
- Organizing events from scratch;
- Coming up with original and lucrative ideas for events;
- Being responsible for the time line of the event;
- Brainstorming about new events;
- Evaluating events.

The marketing coordinator is responsible for all marketing activities of Students for Children. You are working on increasing brand awareness by means of diverse channels (mainly online). You will use the website and social media accounts to keep those who are interested informed about Students for Children's activities, achievements, new projects and project updates. As a marketing coordinator, you work closely with other board members to share ideas and create up-to-date content.

Responsibilities:
- Development of the marketing strategy;
- Implementation of the marketing strategy;
- Contacting partners and funds;
- Increase of online and offline reach (Social Media, Google, and the website)

Nuclear roles:
- Maintenance of the marketing strategy;
- Attraction of new donators and sponsors;
- Maintenance of social media channels;
- Maintenance of the website;
- Creating content for the social media channels and the website after events and about projects
- Utilize Google Adwords to increase brand awareness.

Specific profile:
- Good communication skills;
- Confident;
- Goal-oriented;
- Anticipating on opportunities;
- Online experience with WordPress or other cms is a plus.
